What I teach
A marketer's AI training should look nothing like an engineer's, so I don't run one deck for every room. Foundations is a one-day (or three-evening) start for people who don't code. Practitioner goes two days deep into wiring AI into how a team actually works. There are dedicated tracks for engineering and product teams, and for CXOs and boards. Every session ends with something the team can use the next morning, not a certificate.

How it runs
A thirty-minute discovery call on who is being trained and what good looks like in ninety days. Then use-case mapping: the specific workflows each function will automate, signed off before a single slide gets built. Then hands-on workshops on the team's own tools and data. Then a sandbox-to-live-work handover, with a check-in thirty days later on what actually stuck.
