aashishpahwa.com is Aashish Pahwa’s personal website, run from Delhi, India. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

What belongs to whom

The writing, artwork, game, talks and code on this site are © Aashish Pahwa unless marked otherwise. Music, sounds and other assets made by other people are used under their licences and credited to them. You are welcome to share links, quote short parts with credit, and use the guides for your own work. Copying the site, its art or its game wholesale, or reselling any of it, needs written permission.

Fair use of the chat and tools

The chat and the small tools inside the game are free to use, within limits:

• Do not try to break, overload or scrape the site, its chat or its booking page, or get around their rate limits.
• Do not use the chat to produce anything unlawful, harmful or misleading, or try to make it say things on Aashish’s behalf.
• Answers come from an AI model and can be wrong. See the disclaimer.

Booking a meeting

Book with your real name and email and turn up, or cancel if you cannot. A meeting can be declined or moved if needed. A booking is a conversation, not a contract for paid work; any paid engagement is agreed separately in writing.

The site is provided as it is. It may change, break or go offline without notice. To the extent the law allows, Aashish is not liable for any loss that comes from using it or relying on what it says.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
