The short version
This is a personal website. It counts visits so Aashish can see what people enjoy, it keeps the email or booking details you choose to give, and it never sells anything about you to anyone.
/02
What the site records on its own
Its own visit counter, kept on the site’s server rather than by an outside company:
- Which pages and parts of the game were opened, clicked or finished, with the time, the page you came from and a rough device type.
- No raw IP address is ever stored. To count unique visitors, your IP and browser are scrambled together with a code that changes every day, so a visit can be counted today and cannot be traced back to you tomorrow. These records are deleted after about 400 days.
- Questions typed into the chat are kept with those records so Aashish can see what people ask and improve the answers. Please do not type anything private into it.
/03
What you choose to give
- Your email, if you ask for a talk’s slides. It is kept to send them and, if you agree to it there, the newsletter.
- Your name, email, LinkedIn and topic, if you book a meeting at /meet. They are used to set up the call and get in touch about it.
/04
Who else sees it
Only the services the site needs to do what you asked:
- OpenAI, which writes the chat’s replies from your question and the conversation so far. When a question needs fresh facts, the search part of it goes to Tavily, a web search service.
- beehiiv, the newsletter service, if you leave your email to get a talk’s slides. You can unsubscribe from any email it sends.
- Reoon, which checks that an email address you type is real before it is kept.
- Zoom, which creates the call when you book a meeting, with your name and email as the invitee.
- Brevo, which sends the booking confirmation and calendar invite.
- Google Calendar, read only to hide times Aashish is already busy. Your details are not written to it by the site.

Stored in your browser
Game progress, settings such as sound and theme, the XP on the links page and the best times in the 404 maze are kept in your own browser’s storage. They never leave your device; clearing your browser data removes them.

Your choices
Write to aashish@koso.ai to ask what is held about you, to correct it or to have it deleted, and it will be done within 30 days. You can also block cookies and storage in your browser; the site still works, it just forgets your progress.
The site is not aimed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their details.

Changes
If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
